There is absolutely a time to grow and strive for what we desire, fighting the temptation of slothful living. However, those with a tendency to over-work themselves need a way to pace themselves so that they make it through the marathon called Life.
This month of November, I’m scheduling myself to Pause with NO SCREEN TIME at least 3hrs before bedtime.
